[Some people may be concerned about the vampirism apparently going around, but... Well, this particular Storm has yet to hear about it, so he's going to keep sleeping without worry. Actually, he hadn't quite meant to fall asleep on the couch--as evidenced by the book resting on his chest and still held loosely in one hand--but he seems to be fairly content anyway.]

[His voice is a soft whisper, not wanting to wake up his sleeping storm. He actually has a blanket in his arms, clearly having the intention of making the other a little more comfortable.]

[He's going to be moving over to tuck the blanket around his storm guardian before looking back to you.]

[Aside from just having a lot on his mind, there was also something else bothering him. . .though he wasn't quite sure what it was. Just another one of those feelings he got and hated so much because they never meant anything good.]

[Before you answer that Bossu, it seems your Storm has decided to wake up after shifting around some. And still half asleep or not, he's noticed that looming, too.]

[ . . Aside from that looming, there was also the hyper intuition bit that already had him on edge. He's frowning, not glancing back as he hears Val's voice. His focus is fully on Ryu.]

" . . .I am fine. I am far more concerned about you, Ryu."

[He's also going to make sure he remains between the two of them. Just to be on the safe side. Maybe he was just being overly paranoid but. . .]

Me? Apart from a slight chill {And the awful gnawing sensation in his stomach} there is nothing wrong with me.

[Giotto being on edge is driving that drowsiness away even more quickly. He's going to take a moment to look Ryu over as he stands.]

...Even if you say that, you still don't look well. [Entirely too pale.]

[He's going to be reaching a hand towards you - as if to check your temperature. Which if his hand is allowed close enough, will be exactly what he does.]

{He's not going to move away from your hand, Giotto, but he will be protesting. You may even catch a flash of fang if you're noticing his mouth. The hunger's just getting worse as you both get closer.}

I insist I'm fine. The night is cooler than the day, that is the only thing.

[Personally, he's not going to notice any glimpse of those fangs. He's not as close to you as Giotto is, and with Bossu in somewhat front of him, he'd have to lean a bit to get a clearer view of your face.]

If you say so... [But he doesn't actually believe that. Not with the kinds of things this place pulls.]

[His voice is gentle, not accusatory at all. If anything, it's concerned. You were cool to the touch, lacking a pulse and had fangs. There was a considerable amount to be concerned about there.]

{His eyes narrow slightly despite the concerned tone. It's getting harder to ignore the beating of the two vital hearts in the room. It rings in his ears and teases him.

He shifts slightly sideways to step towards the door.}

I believe it would be better if I left for now.

[The idea of you out wandering around while in this...condition is not one that sets entirely well with him for a couple reasons. He had intentions of saying as such too, but instead he's just going to look to Giotto with a concerned little frown. Bossu gets final say in that matter anyway.]
