[Contrary to what you may initially think, there is not a TYE 'Dera here. There is, however, a confused Storm who's pretty sure he somehow fell asleep without realizing it. This...definitely isn't Italy, and it being some sort of dream makes way more sense than being randomly teleported to an unfamiliar town.]

Well... It depends on what point of time you consider it from. [Technically, they're both right. There's a frown at that explanation of yours, though more at simply the idea of it, rather than disbelief or anything else.]

...That sounds disastrous. [Or, at least, like it has entirely too much potential to be.]

[There's some concern at that shift, but since you're going to continue on without seeming overly bothered, he's not going to ask what else 'disastrous' includes. That mention of mermaids is distracting as well, although considering everything else that's happened so far, it really shouldn't seem any less believable.]
