[It might have been noticed that the first Storm also had managed to disappear for the last few days, but it hadn't been of his own doing. And while it's only been a handful of days for those stuck on the island, it's actually been a few months for him. He hasn't changed much--except for that tattoo on the right side of his face.]

And you call that proper tech- [Apparently drilling the lower ranks had been on the agenda for the day until the mermaids decided they needed him back.] ...This place again?

[Whatever mild annoyance that had been there before was, naturally, completely gone now. Bossu is just magical like that.]

A couple of mostly-hectic months. [He runs a hand through his hair and offers a little sigh.] There haven't been major problems, but we've been quite busy regardless.

" . . .Hectic how, exactly?" [He tilted his head to the side thoughtfully. Oh, sure. He could think of many ways the Vongola could be hectic. Mostly involving Famiglia squabbles amoungst themselves. . . But that's normal. Nothing out of the ordinary. In fact. If random explosions and yelling. . .and God-only-knows-what else wasn't going on. . . He would probably get rather worried.]


[He'll be looking at that tattoo again. He was kind of intrigued by it. . .and wondering when/where you got it. He just hasn't gotten around to asking quite yet.]

All the things that go along with getting ourselves more established. We were lucky with the Cavallones as allies, but a few of the others that generously offered didn't have such pure intentions. All the new recruits have to be screened and trained further besides... [And they all have to go through him first, naturally. He and Ryu have to give initial approval before you'll decide to finalize it. He also hasn't missed those glances, but figures he'll get through the more important things first before getting to that.]

[. . . He paused a moment as he saw you from behind, looking over the man in front of him a minute before catching sight of something that he felt more or less confirmed his suspicions. There isn't much of a warning before he's coming at you fist first.]

". . ?!" [He's going to be flailing a little as he's send flying into the sand, looking up at you. Pissed doesn't entirely describe his expression. He's not going to dignify that with an answer. No, he's just going to scramble up and send some dynamite your way. He's unhappy. He's letting the whole damned island know.]
